Demonstrative pronouns

Theory

Demonstrative pronouns are used to point at something or someone. Like the other types of pronouns demonstrative pronouns refer to a noun. The noun can be singular (this, that) or the noun can be plural (these, those).

Demonstrative pronouns can also be used as an adjective, then the pronoun is put in front of the noun it gives more detailed information about.
